What this means for your game
Albion is the northern province where the first house upgrade picks a culture. Waders come first. Mercator continues the Roman line and Smith continues the Celtic line, and the other line stays locked until tier 3. Roman tier 3 is the Noble. Celtic tier 3 is the Alderman. Marsh tiles need Drainage research before the companion stamps fit, and dirt for construction is taken from marshland, which is why housing stamps omit that camp. Eel farms sit on the drained marsh. Choosing a Roman housing file for a Celtic island will not satisfy the houses.
No patch line in the entity notes names a direct change to this entry.
