Production chains
These ratios are Latium chains at 100 percent productivity with no research and no specialist, as published in IGN’s production guide and cross-checked against anno117.tools goods pages. They are building counts, not “how many citizens one building feeds.” Per-household consumption was not published as a full table.

Cheese, brooches, bird tongues in aspic, cloaks, hand mirrors, and chariots are not produced in Latium. IGN says you trade for them or colonise Albion. Aegyptus chains such as shentis (3 flax farms, 4 weavers, 3 pleaters, 1:30 cycle) are on the goods pages, not squeezed into this Latium table.
Update 3.0 raised consumption on new saves and added a very high difficulty at about 75 percent above normal. That changes how many copies of a chain you need. It does not, by itself, change the building ratio inside one copy.
Questions
Do these ratios include specialists?
No. They are the plain 100 percent chains. Laevinus and similar items change output and are listed on the specialist pages.
Where is the Albion table?
IGN published Latium in full and only part of the other regions. I am not filling Albion rows from memory.
