Aegyptus layouts
There is no Aegyptus blueprint file in the companion library I checked. What Ubisoft did publish is a set of land rules, and those rules are the layout. Treat any pretty grid you see elsewhere as a sketch until someone ships a stamp.
Where each chain is allowed to sit
Drylands grow nothing until basins and a noria irrigate them. Farmlands along the bank are fertile and crowded with trees. Floodplains are the only home for geese, beads, and reeds, and they must be tied together with mud roads. You cannot drain a floodplain the way you drain an Albion marsh.
Leave slack for Akhet
Shemu, about two hours, adds one ton per cycle on floodplain buildings. Akhet, about two hours, drops those same buildings to 25 percent and puts a health penalty on the city while fire safety rises. A layout that sizes the floodplain for Shemu will miss goods all through the flood. Put chains that hate water on dry or farm land, and overbuild the floodplain goods.
Houses fork after Threshers into Potters and Chanters, or into Scribes and Gymnasiarchs. Service radius grows with the tier. I am not drawing a numbered tile plan, because no measured stamp exists in the sources.
Questions
Can I copy a Latium housing block into Aegyptus?
No. Roads, fertility, and the flood season do not match Latium’s paved grids.
Is this a tested city?
It is a constraint list from Ubisoft’s news post, not a save file.
