Can you play Anno 117 on Mac?
No. Anno 117 does not have a native Mac version. Steam’s platform flags say macOS is unsupported, and the official store list is PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The workaround people actually publish
Shadow’s blog describes streaming a Windows PC to a Mac. You still need the Windows game, a subscription, and enough bandwidth. That is remote play, not Apple Silicon support.
CrossOver, Whisky, and Parallels numbers for this game were not in a source I trust, so I am not printing a frame rate or a “works on M-series” line.
What to ignore
Pages offering a Mac download, a repack, or a portable build are outside the stores. This guide links the Windows stores and the cloud-PC explanation only.
